Everyone should be automatic organ donor
Automatic translation: There are not enough people registered as organ donors and thus die every year many people. This can not and must never depend on an administrative scheming. Vote for me and everyone is automatically a donor unless they let you know they want it.
There's someone waiting and hoping in my area of 22 deceased after 18 months because there is not enough donors were available. This may simply not happen. Whether or not life can not depend on people who are too lazy or selfish to let register as donors !? They stand myself first if they need an organ!
